Sister's Birthday Present!
This painting, my sister has been wanting since her last birthday! She wanted a peacock painting-- so I painted one for her-- but it wasn't the style she was going for (other peacock painting in "miscellaneous" album). She wanted this peacock painting to match her modernized style of decor in her new room, so this year, i approached a simple-shaped and contrasted feel to the whole piece, while using a black and green color scheme to match her room. She loved this piece! (Largest Piece I've Ever Painted 30x40)

Painting Featured On Major Rodeo Program
For the first time ever, the San Antonio Rodeo featured their Fine Arts winner on their program for the whole rodeo. I entered a competition of over 500 exhibitors and won Grand Champion. My painting sold in auction for $20,000-- money that i personally get to have to put in my college fund :) I also got a chance to be carted around the rodeo arena, holding my painting in the "Grand Entry".
Featured On Local Magazine!!!!!
This is the picture that was used for a cover of a local magazine in Magnolia, Texas. The magazine features aspiring individuals who have talents, and includes a write-up inside. I was fortunate enough to have a bio written that describes me as a person, my interests and involvements, and contests that I have won in the past years-- as well as an additional picture of me holding a painting at a contest.
